So you pay someone for a service you rely on; paying 20% above industry average in fact. However, you get about 20% below industry standards. Are these people lazy, or stupid in thinking that I won’t check their work, or just think they have a Monopoly on the services. What’s the cliche? There are plenty more fish out in the sea and I’m going fishing.
