I watched ‘Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead 2’ yesterday. Okay, I slept through most of it. One thing came through as a message; best 4 ingredients ti build a healthy living plan around:
– fruit
– vegetables
– grains
– legumes
I think I got that right.

I really care not who does n doesn’t read this blog. I’m not going to actively release it’s existence to anyone or anybody or anything. I’m sick and tired of living other people’s lives through reading their posts on Facebook. I have not culled my friends list on Facebook, but I have certainly stopped “following” certain people. I’m dam sure that I would almost get a blow by blow description of them going to the toilet; in fact, if they were allowed to post it, they would.
